PiLog's ISO 8000 Master Data Record Manager is the ideal solution for the management and maintenance of the master data of an organisation, supporting different master data management domains and different master data management architectures to provide access to the single golden master data record / authoritative source for your business ERP, SRM and CRM software solutions. It's item entry control processes are designed to ensure accurate, complete, consistent , standardised and correct portable master data and associated provenance data in compliance with ISO 8000-120.

The software is intuitive and easy to use for business and data professionals and is flexible, modular, scaleble to suite small and large companies. The software can be installed as a single installation on the client' premises or it can be can be accessed via our cloud platforms.

Image viewing?

The application facilitates the linking and viewing of any amount of images and documents from a single master data record. All images are stored in their native format and viewed with the native application.

PiLog's Master Data Record Manager can be implemented as a standalone module or can be fully integrated to any ERP standard interface software and components that are supported.

Data Quality Reporting?

The master data quality analysis function provides continuous monitoring of the quality of the hosted master data. It allows users to set quality measurement parameters and to compare stored master data against the data requirements. The user can use this function to drill down into the master data to identify specific areas for improvement.

Data Provenance and Audit Trails

Data provenance on the master data item and its properties provides the proof data is sourced from the authoritative source, audit trails are embedded throughout the system so that all additions and changes can be monitored.
